All of  us at Devonshire are well aware that many of our residents are busy, on-the-go business people, but if you need a change of scenery or a specially designed productivity space to get your work done, we have you covered. Our 41st floor coworking space is equipped with a communal working table, inset personal working booths, and conference rooms so you can be prepared for whatever your work day throws at you! 

Give yourself a break

We’ve all been there. There are many work days in which you just need to step away and take a break, both for the sake of yourself and for your productivity. Devonshire is here for you! You can visit our state-of-the-art gym to get a brisk mid-day workout in, or you can even take a quick swim in the penthouse-level indoor pool! The abundance of natural light available in each of these spaces will rejuvenate you and send you back to work feeling refreshed.
