2021 was a wonderful and eventful year for Devonshire and its residents! We put together a recap of some of the most notable events of the past year, and are looking very forward to an incredible 2022!

National Hot Chocolate Day

Nothing warms you up from a New England winter like a cup of delicious hot chocolate! Residents treated themselves to complementary hot chocolate with assorted flavors and toppings.

Grab & Go Breakfast

Many of our residents began working from the office again, so it was time to ease back into the swing of things with a Grab & Go Breakfast! Community members chose from a selection of juice, fruit, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches to get their day started off on the right foot.

Paint Night

Our community has a plethora of artistically talented residents, and our Paint Night brought them together for a fun-filled evening! Local artist Lauren Perron guided us through the process of creating our own masterpieces within the comfort of our homes. With trivia questions and music added to the night, it was the perfect way for everyone to get to know their neighbors.

Ice Cream Truck

Summertime gave us the opportunity to throwback to our childhoods and enjoy the novelty treats of our youth. From Bugs Bunny and Spiderman to Bomb Pops and Ice Cream Sandwiches, it was great having the Cool Cow ice cream truck onsite to help beat the heat

National Doctor Day

After a tough 2 years, the physicians in our building deserved a lot of praise & gratitude for their dedication to our city and helping those in need. As a small token of appreciation, doctors in our community received a personalized thank you note and custom Boston glassware to celebrate National Doctors Day!

Sunset Boat Cruise

Arguably one of the best events of the year, over 100 residents joined us onboard a sunset boat cruise around Boston Harbor. While there was a chance of rain, Mother Nature cooperated and the evening could not have been more perfect! Residents got to mingle with one another while enjoying beverages and the stunning landscape of the Boston Skyline.

Red Sox Game

Nothing says Boston like a trip to Fenway Park! Residents met for a night of peanuts and cracker jacks as the Boston Red Sox played the Minnesota Twins. Even though our beloved team lost in the tenth inning, our residents won with so many great memories and new friends.

Trivia Night

A little friendly competition never hurt anyone and our residents are up for the challenge! Divided into teams, everyone put their minds to correctly answering assorted trivia questions for a chance to win gift cards. After such a great night, a new group of friends even went out for a drink afterwards to keep the party going!

Art Gallery Night

Residents came together for a night of art & music as artist Lauren Perron brought her masterpieces to Devonshire! Indulging in wine and hors d’oeuvres, community members purchased pieces for their own homes and bonded over an appreciation for fine art.

Trick or Treating

Devonshire Kids got to have some fun after COVID halted trick or treating last year, and a fun time was had by all! A list of kind residents signed up to hand out candy and each boy & girl ended up with a large selection of treats.

Halloween Treat Bar

The adults in our community also enjoyed some ghoulish fun with a FrankenWine Cocktail, caramel apples, and other fun snacks to kick off Halloweekend 2021!

Autumn Happy Hour

With the hustle & bustle of Thanksgiving approaching, residents took a moment to relax and enjoy our Autumn Happy Hour! Created by Devonshire’s Resident Director, Michelle, the Fall Rum Punch was a hit with many coming back for refills. It was just what everyone needed to savor the flavors of the season!
